Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Travel BCBA to join our team across North and South Carolina centers, including Concord, NC. You will develop and oversee behavior plans for children with autism and collaborate with families and center staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA.

What can we offer you?

• Total comp: $108,500-$119,500 / year (includes $90,000 salary + bonuses)
• Uncapped monthly bonus
• $7,500 - $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
• $5,000 - $7,500 completion bonus, once you complete your length-of-stay commitment
• Monthly housing stipend
• Housewarming stipend
• Licensure costs (if needed)
• 2 options for your length-of-stay commitment: 6 months or 1 year!

Locations and Centers

• These are all center-based positions
• Opportunities in North Carolina and South Carolina
• North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
