ABS Kids is seeking a Travel BCBA to provide and implement behavior plans for children with autism across multiple North and South Carolina centers. You will travel to centers, deliver clinical services, and work with a supportive team to improve outcomes.

We offer competitive total compensation ($118,500–$129,500/year), uncapped bonuses, signing and completion bonuses, housing stipends, licensure costs, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K matches,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience working as a BCBA.

Responsabilités

• Provide and oversee behavior plans for children with autism.
• Travel to ABS Kids centers to deliver BCBA services onsite.
• Collaborate with center staff and families to support goals.
• Maintain progress notes and ensure documentation compliance.

• Total comp: $118,500-$129,500 / year (includes $100,000 salary + bonuses)
• Uncapped monthly bonus
• $7,500 - $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
• $5,000 -$7,500 completion bonus, once you complete your length-of-stay commitment
• Monthly housing stipend
• Housewarming stipend
• Licensure costs (if needed)
• 2 options for your length-of-stay commitment: 6 months or 1 year!

Locations and Centers

• These are all center-based positions
• Opportunities in North Carolina and South Carolina
• North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
