Job summary

ABS Kids in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Travel BCBA to join our center-based team across North and South Carolina. You will develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with autism and provide ongoing clinical support.

This role offers a strong compensation package, including bonuses, signing and completion bonuses, housing stipends where applicable, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in ABA with at least two years of BCBA experience; SC residency

• Master's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience working as a BCBA.
• Current BCBA certification and eligibility to practice where required.
• SC residency proof required for SC locations.

Job Requirements

• Total comp: $103,500 - $114,500 / year (includes $85,000 salary + bonuses)


• Uncapped monthly bonus


• $7,500 - 15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment


• $5,000 -7,500 completion bonus, once you complete your length-of-stay commitment


• Monthly housing stipend, if applicable


• Housewarming stipend, if applicable


• Licensure costs (if needed)


• 2 options for your length-of-stay commitment: 6 months or 1 year!

• These are all center-based positions


• Opportunities in North Carolina and South Carolina


• North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem


• South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
