Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Travel BCBA to implement behavior plans and support children with autism across multiple centers in North and South Carolina.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain high standards of care, manage travel assignments, and contribute to a supportive, outcome-focused environment.

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Passion to help children with autism and families.
• Transparent, accessible and innovative as a Behavior Analyst.

Job Requirements

What can we offer you?

• Total comp: $108,500-$119,500 / year (includes $90,000 salary + bonuses)
• Uncapped monthly bonus
• $7,500 - $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
• $5,000 -$7,500 completion bonus, once you complete your length-of-stay commitment
• Monthly housing stipend
• Housewarming stipend
• Licensure costs (if needed)
• 2 options for your length-of-stay commitment: 6 months or 1 year!

Locations and Centers

• These are all center-based positions
• Opportunities in North Carolina and South Carolina
• North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
