Job summary

ABS Kids in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Visiting BCBA to lead behavior intervention programs for children with autism. You will develop and oversee behavior plans, collaborate with center teams, and guide families toward meaningful progress.

This role offers a generous total compensation package ($118,500–$129,500 yearly), signing and completion bonuses, housing support, licensure cost coverage, and comprehensive benefits.

Job Requirements

• Total comp: $118,500-$129,500 / year (includes $100,000 salary + bonuses)
• Uncapped monthly bonus
• $7,500 - 15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
• $5,000 -7,500 completion bonus, once you complete your length-of-stay commitment

• 2 options for your length-of-stay commitment: 6 months or 1 year!

• These are all center-based positions
• Opportunities in North Carolina and South Carolina
• North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
