Job summary

ABS Kids seeks a Travel BCBA for center-based roles across North and South Carolina, including Mint Hill, NC. You will develop and implement behavior plans, supervise program implementation, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to drive positive outcomes for children with autism.

Job Requirements

• Total comp: $108,500-$119,500 / year (includes $90,000 salary + bonuses)
• Uncapped monthly bonus
• $7,500 - $15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
• $5,000 -$7,500 completion bonus, once you complete your length-of-stay commitment
• Monthly housing stipend
• Housewarming stipend
• Licensure costs (if needed)
• 2 options for your length-of-stay commitment: 6 months or 1 year!

Locations and Centers

• These are all center-based positions
• Opportunities in North Carolina and South Carolina
• North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
