Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Travel BCBA to lead ABA programs across multiple North and South Carolina centers. You will design and oversee behavior plans for children with autism, ensuring high-quality family-centered care while traveling between centers.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with 2+ years of BCBA experience. Expect a supportive team, uncapped bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package during your travels between Charlotte, Concord, Kernersville and other

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of BCBA experience.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and center teams to ensure quality care.

• Total comp: $118,500-$129,500 / year (includes $100,000 salary + bonuses)
• Uncapped monthly bonus
• $7,500 - 15,000 signing bonus, depending on length-of-stay commitment
• $5,000 -7,500 completion bonus, once you complete your length-of-stay commitment

• 2 options for your length-of-stay commitment: 6 months or 1 year!

• These are all center-based positions
• Opportunities in North Carolina and South Carolina
• North Carolina locations: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Greensboro, Huntersville, Kernersville, Mint Hill, Monroe, Winston-Salem
• South Carolina locations: Columbia, Fort Mill, Greenville, Rock Hill
