Job summary

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a Sales Director for North America in a fully remote role with options to use US offices. You will own the full sales cycle, build a high-performingNA team and drive programmatic advertising solutions for travel and tourism brands.

You will manage relationships with advertisers, brands and agencies, delivering tailored demos and proposals. A strong track record in digital sales and strategic selling will be essential to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in digital or programmatic advertising sales.
• Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, audience targeting, auction dynamics and measurement.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities and growing the company's presence across North America
• Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and close
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, brands, media agencies and programmatic teams
• Delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals and product demos tailored to client needs
• Developing a healthy pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Advising clients on programmatic strategy, including omni-channel and multi-market opportunities
• Working closely with Account Management, Operations and Programmatic Strategy teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
• Staying on top of industry trends, emerging ad tech and competitor activity
