Job summary

Azira in the USA is seeking a Sales Director, Tourism to lead and scale our tourism sales efforts. You will own revenue strategy, chase new business with DMOs and agency partners, and build strategic relationships to drive data-powered marketing solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep tourism industry expertise, a strong network, and a track record of growing revenue in media, ad tech, or data-driven contexts. This role offers a remote-first environment with leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Azira’s products and value proposition to effectively position solutions within the Tourism market
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions
• Grow and manage a healthy sales pipeline while driving accurate forecasting and performance reporting
• Present and demonstrate solutions that align with customer goals, priorities, and marketing challenges
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiate terms, and manage contract execution to successfully close deals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and client success teams to align strategy, communicate customer insights, and improve sales processes
• Share market trends, client feedback, and performance insights with sales leadership to inform go-to-market strategy
• Represent Azira at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to expand relationships and brand presence
