Job summary

OhioHealth in the United States is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Trauma Unit 2. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in a fast-paced environment, 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, with delegation to LPNs and UAPs under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. BSN preferred and BLS required for ongoing employment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and families.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per state regulations
• Participate in continuous process improvements for quality of care
• Perform 24/7 department shifts in a trauma unit setting
