Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact license
• BLS certification required
• BSN degree required within 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Monitor and document patient health status and response to interventions
• Coordinate care with physicians, LPNs, and UAPs according to Ohio Nurse Practice Act
• Participate in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction
• Provide leadership in safety, quality, and efficiency within the unit
