Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio; ACLS and BLS.
• BSN required with at least 5 years of employment in healthcare.
• Active Ohio nursing license and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations to ensure quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
• Direct and supervise staff, coordinate interdisciplinary team care.
• Develop and manage schedules and staffing for the Trauma Unit.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development.
• Oversee budget needs and cost-efficiency in the department.
• Attend unit and hospital committees to improve practice and outcomes.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to associates.
