Qualifications

• BSN degree required with 5 years employment experience.
• Current RN license, either in Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform health status assessment.
• Outcomes identification/planning: document planned interventions.
• Implementation/evaluation: evaluate response to nursing interventions and revise plan as needed.
• Leadership: participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations: support day-to-day trauma unit operations.
