Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking an experienced RN to provide general nursing care across diverse acute care settings. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under Ohio Nurse Practice Act guidelines.

You will work in the Trauma Unit 2 with day shifts, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain safety, quality, and patient outcomes in a High Reliability Organization.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the continuum.
• Lead and coordinate with licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure quality care.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and document nursing interventions.
• Contribute to safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
