Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative for the Sacramento, CA area. You will become the trauma expert, work with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and drive territory results by implementing strategic sales plans.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide product updates, and support education programs while ensuring compliance and ethical conduct in all activities. A BS/BA and 2+ years medical device sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• 2+ years demonstrated successful sales experience (medical device industry preferred).
• Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs.
• Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and meet territory objectives.
• Identify needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone, face-to-face).
• Perform field calls for the account and territory, including on-call and ER consultation; cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions.
• Maintain compliance, privacy, and confidentiality; act with ethics and integrity; report non-compliance.
