Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to cover Riverside/Temecula & surrounding areas. You will sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, acting as the resident trauma expert.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, inventory management, and rapid problem-solving in operating room environments. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sales or clinical experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and comfort in OR settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of current office technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Be the resident trauma expert and provide advice and training.
• Manage inventory and materials for operating room consultations.
• Build credibility with surgeons through product knowledge and competitor awareness.
• Attend sales and professional association meetings as required.
