Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or medical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years medical device sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy and product demonstrations.
• Comfortable working in OR environments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with current and new accounts about product updates and portfolio changes.
• Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies to meet territory objectives.
• Identify needs of new prospects and respond (written, phone, face-to-face).
• Perform field calls including on-call and ER consultation; cross-sell products.
• Address problems on accounts while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with sales management through coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Maintain ongoing training in sales skills and product knowledge.
• Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular hours.
