Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in California who will sell Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will become the resident trauma expert, providing product training and advice while managing inventory and supporting customers in operating room environments.

You will leverage competitor knowledge to build credibility and drive sales, working with a mission-driven, high-intensity team committed to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product training and advice.
• Manage inventory and support customer needs during operating/ER consultations.
• Stay credible with knowledge of competitors’ offerings and market dynamics.
