Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in a field-based role. You will sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, acting as the resident trauma expert and driving solutions in operating and emergency room settings.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales, plus 3+ years of sales experience, and be comfortable in high-pressure environments with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales required.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling principles, including marketing strategy, product demonstrations, and sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals and comfort in ER/OR environments.
• Willingness to attend sales/association meetings outside regular hours and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product training and advice.
• Manage materials and inventory to support quick, effective solutions in operating or emergency settings.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors’ offerings to build credibility with customers.
