Job summary

Stryker in Oregon is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive revenue, case coverage and market share for Trauma products. This field-based role requires on-call availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise.

You will build relationships with orthopedic surgeons and OR staff, manage multiple priorities, and deliver product demos and education to customers, while maintaining inventory and documenting activities for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and other decision-makers.
• Manage multiple priorities across cases, emergencies, inventory, and customer requests.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs.
• Maintain inventory and consignment assets to ensure case readiness.
• Analyze account activity and territory performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Document sales activities, interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements.
