Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to cover a tri-city territory in the United States. The role involves on-call nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases, with a focus on driving revenue, case coverage, and market share for Trauma products.

You will build strong relationships with surgeons and OR staff, manage multiple priorities, and conduct product demonstrations and training to promote product utilization and inventory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases at night, weekends, and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support adoption and appropriate product utilization.
