Job summary

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative to support the Chicago suburbs and become the resident trauma expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will drive product solutions, manage field inventories, and train customers on our trauma products.

Role is 100% commission with bonuses and comprehensive benefits; on-call requirements include nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in clinical healthcare or sales.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products with marketing tactics.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Must adhere to compliance and AdvaMed principles.
• Strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product training.
• Maintain inventory and assist customers as needed.
