Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of clinical healthcare or sales experience.
3+ years of sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of selling products or services, marketing strategy and sales techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours.
Commitment to compliance and ethical guidelines.
