Stryker in Rapid City is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive the sale of trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident trauma expert and building credibility through product demonstrations in high-stakes settings.

The role is on-site, requires an on-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and operates on a 100% commission structure with bonuses and benefits based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role required.
• B2B sales experience or demonstrated achievement in academics, athletics, military service, or related activities preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to meet customer needs.
• Become resident trauma expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Organize materials and provide quick solutions during operating room consultations.
• Maintain inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Provide product advice and training on tools used to save lives.
