Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare teams. You will become the trauma expert, supporting operating room or emergency room environments and training customers on product use.

You will manage product inventory, stay informed on competitors, and build lasting relationships with hospitals and clinicians. The role emphasizes ethics, compliance, and high-impact patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a clinical healthcare or sales role or a combination of the two
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Willingness to participate in meetings outside regular hours
• Adherence to AdvaMed compliance and related policies and regulations

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Become the resident trauma expert for a sophisticated audience
• Meticulously manage and maintain inventory of products
• Provide advice and training on products and tools to customers
• Support the mission to change lives by delivering healthcare improvements
