Responsibilities include managing product inventory and providing training on trauma solutions. The position requires flexibility for on-call commitments, making it vital for candidates to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is 100% commission and includes bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and office technology knowledge.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to meet customer needs.
• Become the resident trauma expert for surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain inventory of products and assist customers as needed.
• Provide advice and training on products used to save lives.
