Job summary

Stryker in Addison, TX seeks a Trauma Sales Representative to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will become the resident trauma expert, supporting operating/ER consultations with rapid problem solving and product advice.

You will manage inventory, train customers, and participate in meetings outside standard hours, with compensation tied to commissions plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing, product demos and sales tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and office tech proficiency.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
