Job summary

The role demands high energy, organization, and willingness to work an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will travel to customer facilities within the territory and drive growth through hands-on product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling principles and sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings outside regular business hours.
• Must adhere to compliance (AdvaMed) and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Be the resident trauma expert and provide product training.
• Organize materials and solutions quickly during operating room consultations.
• Maintain inventory of products and assist customers as needed.
• Share knowledge of competitors to build credibility.
