Stryker in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive strategic sales of trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will act as the trauma expert, thrive in high-intensity environments, and maintain inventory while building strong, trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities include presenting product demonstrations, staying informed on competitors, and delivering training to customers to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office, databases, etc.).
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Organize materials and solutions quickly during operating room consultations and emergencies.
• Provide product training and build credibility with customers through knowledge of products and competitors.
