Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive the sale of Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in the Las Vegas area. You will act as the trauma expert, thrive in high-pressure environments, and manage materials and inventories to support rapid patient care decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.).
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals in respective areas.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings outside regular business hours, as required.
• Adherence to compliance and ethics, and understanding of applicable laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product training and advice.
• Organize materials and manage inventory for emergency/operating room consultations.
• Build credibility through knowledge of competitors’ offerings and market dynamics.
