Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products, marketing strategy and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills with MS Office/databases knowledge.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willing to attend meetings outside regular hours as required.
• Adheres to compliance and AdvaMed standards and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the trauma expert and provide product guidance and training.
• Meticulously manage and maintain inventory of products.
• Support customers during operating room or emergency room consultations.
