Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in Denver to drive demand for trauma products among surgeons and healthcare professionals. This role thrives in high-pressure environments and requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will become the resident trauma expert, deliver product demonstrations, train customers, manage inventory, and build long-lasting relationships with hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products, including marketing strategy, product demonstrations, and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of MS Office suite and databases.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments and willing to travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product demonstrations and training.
• Manage inventory and respond to customer needs in operating rooms and hospital settings.
• Attend sales meetings and ensure compliance with AdvaMed and company policies.
