Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive demand for trauma products among surgeons and healthcare professionals in the Pasadena area. You will combine clinical knowledge with strategic selling to secure buy-in and deliver patient-focused solutions.

You'll manage materials, stay current on product and competitor offerings, and participate in meetings outside normal hours as needed. This role offers a 100% commission structure with bonuses and comprehensive benefits based on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products/services, marketing strategy, product demos and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular hours as required.
• Adherence to compliance and ethics as per AdvaMed and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert and provide product knowledge and training.
• Organize materials and maintain inventory for quick solutions during procedures.
• Keep informed about competitors and articulate product advantages.
• Support lives by delivering trauma care solutions and meeting customer needs.
