Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Willingness to be on-call, including nights and weekends.
• Comfortable in the OR and around surgical procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory.
• Experience in medical device sales or related clinical field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-OR case coverage for trauma surgeries and assist with product selection.
• Manage surgical trays, inventory, and equipment logistics.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital buyers.
• Support quoting, order processing, and account management.
• Stay current on trauma product lines and techniques through training.
• Represent the company professionally in fast-paced hospital settings.
