Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate to support sales of Trauma products and become a trusted partner to our clients. You will work under a Trauma Sales Representative, receive formal training in our Trauma portfolio, and gain exposure to operating room procedures.

You will observe over 300 medical procedures in your first year, develop orthopedic surgical expertise, and contribute to improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + related experience.
• High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Support sales of Stryker Trauma products and build strong client relationships.
• Under supervision, gain exposure to trauma team culture and sales methodology.
• Participate in on-the-job training including operating room procedures.
