Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Trauma Associate Sales Representative to support the Trauma Sales team in an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup, and customer in-service.

You will travel 2–4 overnights per month, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and complete credentialing to gain entry into healthcare facilities. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with preferred healthcare industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years sales experience.
• Preferred experience in healthcare industry, specifically selling orthopedic products or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in-service.
• Transport customer inventory between accounts and cover surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts.
• Learn technical information and procedures in Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio to support surgeons and hospital personnel.
