Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Trauma Sales Associate in Massachusetts to join our high‑performing trauma team. You will receive best-in-class training on our Trauma product portfolio and sales approach, observing surgical procedures in the operating room and becoming an expert in orthopedic needs; you will build strong relationships with clinicians and drive sales outcomes.

You must be comfortable with an on‑call schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT) plus at least 2 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma plus at least 4 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, receive training on Stryker Trauma products and sales methodology.
• Build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to improve patient outcomes.

Education
