Job summary

SurgiCor is seeking a driven Trauma Sales Associate to support orthopedic trauma cases in your territory. You will build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, provide in-service coverage, and help drive growth of our trauma portfolio while gaining hands-on OR experience.

Stay connected with the territory team, maintain product knowledge across plates, screws, nails and external fixation, and adhere to hospital credentialing and safety protocols. Travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or clinical/OR experience (medical device or healthcare background a plus).
• Willingness to be on-call and available for early morning, evening, or weekend cases.
• Comfortable in the OR environment; not squeamish around surgical procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-service and case coverage support for trauma procedures, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Manage surgical inventory, instrument trays, and equipment logistics for assigned accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administration.
• Partner with the territory sales rep to identify growth opportunities and support sales strategy.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across the trauma portfolio (plates, screws, nails, external fixation, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with hospital credentialing, sterile processing, and safety protocols.
• Track sales activity, inventory usage, and case data using CRM tools.
