Ascension is seeking a Trauma Registry Data Analyst at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. You will abstract, code and maintain high-quality trauma registry data to support patient care and compliance with national standards.

You will analyze trauma admission records to drive quality improvement and ensure accurate reporting for trauma center designation. The role emphasizes data accuracy across inpatient trauma cases to support leadership decisions.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience.
• Relevant degrees (Associate/Bachelor) or 4 years of applicable experience.
• Trauma registry specialization preferred.
• ICD-10 experience and hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Abstract, code and maintain high-quality trauma registry data to ensure accurate patient care records and compliance with national standards.
• Analyze trauma admission records to drive continuous clinical quality improvement and uphold governing body regulations.
• Identify audit filter inconsistencies and generate quality assurance reports for trauma program leadership.
• Ensure comprehensive data accuracy across inpatient trauma cases to support trauma center designation and outcomes.
