Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current American Heart Association BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Three years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a coordinator for the assigned program and reviews care for evidence-based guidelines.
• Provides education to patients and families during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Participates in patient care rounds.
• Develops and implements policies and standards for the program.
• Maintains data and serves as SME for the program.
• Promotes Intermountain Health values and adheres to service standards.
• May float to other departments as needed and may be on-call during shifts.
