Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, coordinate, and educate through the trauma care pathway from admission to follow-up. The role reports to the Trauma department and requires RN licensure with BLS-HCP and 3 years of RN experience.

Primary location is Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO, with a 40-hour workweek; on-call, nights, and weekends may be required. A strong background in evidence-based practice is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Three years of relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned program, review care for evidence-based guidelines, educate patients and families.
• Actively participates in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate with director to ensure regulatory compliance; perform chart reviews and data analysis.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain data and serve as subject matter expert; create a QA program.
• Promote mission, vision and values; may float to other departments as needed.
• May be on-call during a scheduled shift and work nights/weekends.
