Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review the program to ensure evidence-based care; educate patients and families during hospitalization.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate with the director to meet regulatory requirements; perform chart reviews and data analysis for performance improvement.
