Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator at Good Samaritan Hospital to coordinate trauma care from diagnosis through discharge, guiding patients through the collaborative care process with physicians, nurses and support services.

The role requires a BSN, current RN license, BLS-HCP certification, and at least three years of RN experience; on-site, 40 hours weekly with a salary range of $41.20–$62.17 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or within 60 days with approval.
• Three years relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a coordinator for the assigned program and ensures care meets evidence-based guidelines.
• Provides education to patients and families during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Active participation in patient care rounds.
• Collaborates with the director to oversee regulatory requirements; performs chart reviews and data analysis for performance improvement.
• Develops and implements evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintains data collected on the assigned program and serves as subject matter expert; maintains QA program.
• Promotes Intermountain Health's mission, vision, and values.
• May be required to float to other departments or be on-call as needed.
