Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned program and ensure care follows evidence-based guidelines.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Review charts and collect data for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies for the program.
• Maintain data and serve as the program's subject matter expert.
• Promote mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health.
• May float to other departments and be on-call as needed.
