Job summary

Intermountain Health's Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, plan, implement and coordinate trauma care processes from diagnosis through follow‑up, guiding patients through the collaborative care team and providing education during the hospital stay.

The role requires a BSN, RN license in the state, BLS-HCP certification, and at least three years of RN experience; preferred master's degree and unit‑appropriate certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Current American Heart Association BLS-HCP certification (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate).
• Three years of relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the assigned program; discuss program with physicians and nurses and ensure care meets evidence‑based guidelines; educate patients and families.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate with the director to ensure regulatory compliance; perform chart reviews and data analysis for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based policies and standards for the program; promote professional development.
• Maintain and analyze data; act as subject matter expert and maintain a Quality Assurance program.
• Promote the mission, vision and values of Intermountain Health and adhere to service standards.
• May float to other departments as needed; may be on-call during scheduled shifts.
