The role requires strong clinical knowledge, travel within the U.S. as needed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment within DePuy Synthes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience or equivalent in MedTech or sales.
• Willingness/ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary.

Aufgaben

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative to provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistics.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain tracking and deployment of equipment and assets in the assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and DePuy Synthes services meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support by moving instruments, implants, and equipment between sales reps and hospitals.
