Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• Ability to travel within the U.S. as necessary (frequent overnight and/or weekend)
• Residence in or ability to relocate to a geographic region assigned by the Company
• Valid US driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the Company at surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Move instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals as needed.
