Job summary

Stryker, a leading medical device company, seeks a Trauma Sales Representative to manage a Detroit-area territory. You will support trauma procedures, ensure product availability, and educate surgeons and OR staff on new offerings.

The role involves on-call duties including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer education, inventory control, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/healthcare sales experience.
• Must be able to participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals and market growth.
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures with available products and instruments.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on product functionality and new offerings.
• Conduct customer visits and product evaluations to identify opportunities.
• Maintain inventory levels and instrument sets to support cases.
• Respond to customer requests during on-call coverage.
