Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to drive sales in a defined territory within the United States. You will partner with orthopedic teams and hospital staff to provide products and technical support for trauma procedures, while managing inventory and educating clinical staff.

Responsibilities include on-site support for trauma cases, conducting product evaluations, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Able to participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Territory management and growth targets within a medical device sales environment.
• Ability to educate clinical staff on product functionality and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals and market growth.
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures with the appropriate products and implants.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on product use and new offerings.
• Conduct customer visits and product evaluations to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and instrument sets for scheduled and emergent cases.
• Respond to customer requests on an on-call schedule.
• Analyze competitive products and market activity to support territory strategy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
