Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to manage a designated sales territory in a fast-paced medical device environment. You will partner with orthopedic surgeons, OR teams, and hospital staff to provide products, support, and education for trauma procedures.

The role combines consultative sales, surgical case coverage, inventory management, and customer education, with performance measured by territory growth and customer responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant clinical or sales experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals and market growth.
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures with available products and implants.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on product functionality and new offerings.
• Conduct customer visits and product evaluations to expand utilization.
• Maintain inventory levels and instrument sets for scheduled and emergent cases.
• Respond to trauma case needs with on-call coverage.
• Analyze competitive products and market activity to support territory planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
